Requirements for the candidate:
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages (oral and written) ;
- Confident PC user (experience with web technologies will be an advantage);
- Great desire to develop in the IT field;
- English - from B1;
- Responsibility;
- Sociability;
- Client-orientation;
- Work for the result;
Your tasks:
- Communicate with clients in chat, work with e-mail, CRM, as well as other software (it is not necessary to know the software thoroughly , we will teach everything).
- Providing advice to clients regarding our services, qualification and redirection of appeals to other specialized departments.
- Communication with all departments of the company in Ukraine and Germany. Minimal amount of communication with clients on the phone and no cold calling.
