Мені 26 років, і 5 з них я в команді bodo. Прийшла на посаду менеджера по роботі з b2c клієнтами, а зараз уже відповідальна за підтримку корпоративних продажів та комунікацію з національними та міжнародними компаніями.

Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:

  • Able to clearly formulate thoughts, in particular in written communication. Experience in communicating with clients in written form will be an advantage. 

  • Solved problematic issues and is not afraid of negativity from clients.

  • Attentive to details.

  • Multitasking. Can perform many different tasks per day: provide information regarding the client's request by letter, process complaints from certificate recipients by phone, transfer the request to the accounting department and monitor the issuance of the necessary documents.

  • And, of course, responsible. He understands: if the task is burning, then going out "for coffee" is not the best idea.

  • Works for the result, not "from nine to six to sit out".

  • Capture and update information regarding interactions with new and current customers.

How is the salary formed?

The salary of everyone in the company consists of a rate and a bonus part.

During the trial period, your bet is 20,000 hryvnias, the monthly bonus is 5,000 hryvnias.

After the trial period, your rate is 25,000 hryvnias, the monthly bonus is 5,000 hryvnias.

About our hiring process

I personally analyze all feedback and conduct telephone and offline interviews. I make decisions quickly and provide feedback (both follow-up and termination) immediately or the next day.

Only a few days can pass between responding to a vacancy and receiving a job offer.

About the team

In our team there are 3 managers, the deputy manager and I, the manager. You can easily ask a question to the manager, colleagues from your own or other departments. If you need help, you write a letter to a colleague — and it is the colleague's task to provide answer and help. None of the colleagues, not even the TOPs, can ignore your letter.
