Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager: Identification of the type of customer requests; Qualification of incoming applications; Scoring of leads; Work with international customers; Implementation of the KPI plan; Communication with other divisions of the company and the formation of tickets for the relevant departments; Working conditions: Comfortable office (within walking distance from metro); One month of training (paid) Work schedule from 09:00 to 18:00; Cafe on the office territory; Opportunity for career and professional growth; Coffee, tea with tasmakolika daily; Rate from UAH 20,000, based on the results of the interview + bonuses.
