Responsibilities:

• Ensuring interaction with customers by phone and e-mail;

• Consultation on the company's products and services

• Organization and participation in presentations for potential customers;

• Support customer base and maintaining their contact data in the CRM system;

• Resolving conflict situations and developing optimal solutions for customers
