Customer service manager in Benefit GmbH

Vacancy: German-speaking Customer Support / Account Manager
We are a company that actively works on the German market and cooperates with construction sites throughout the country. Our specialization is the provision of facilities with qualified craftsmen and support workers.
In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a German-speaking customer service manager.
Main duties:
* Communication with German-speaking customers (telephone, email, messengers)* Support of existing customers and support of long-term relationships* Coordination of customer needs in personnel* Coordination of the process of selecting employees according to customer requests* Maintaining a customer base and reporting
Requirements:
* Fluent in German (level B2-C1 and above)* Confident communication skills* Ability to work with customers and solve problems* Basic PC skills (CRM, Excel, email)* Work experience will be an advantage.
