Customer service manager in Up-Hunt

About the role

This is an operationally key position: the quality of this person's work directly depends on whom and how quickly the organization can provide support, as well as what impression the defenders get about the NGO "Zemlyachki".

Main duties

• Accept requests from defenders via: Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, work with telephone calls (incoming calls, callbacks) - all work is done through the work phone, all messengers are there.

In fact: To be the face of the organization in communication with defenders: answer, explain, accompany.

• Enter and systematize all requests in a single work table.
• Conduct initial verification of requests according to internal priority and security criteria.
• Prepare requests for further transfer to logistics (Prepare a complete data package for the logistics department (documents, contacts, addresses)
• Form purchase proposals in accordance with the available budget.
• Maintain correct, human and responsible communication on behalf of the NGO "Zemlyachki".

• One who knows how to work with people in complex, emotionally sensitive situations.
• Attentive to details, systematic.
• Empathetic, but with clear boundaries.
• With basic skills in working with tables and digital tools.

• This is a position where a person represents the organization to the defenders.
• Trust in "Zemlyachok" directly depends on the decisions and quality of communication of this person.

Conditions

• Salary: UAH 30,000-40,000 (depending on the results of the interview).
• Working in a team with a clear mission and real influence.
