Positions responsibilities:
- Lead generation in different countries of the world (partially automated with the need to reply to contacts who have shown interest). Follow-ups of leads.
- Calls with potential partners with a description of our offer with the aim of adding the company to partners.
- "Leading" of your partners: regular follow-ups, calls, communication, offline meetings when possible, building relationships and trust, support in solving their problems, if any arise.
- Working on partner requests, finding developers, processing candidates' resumes, their validation, correction.
- Organization of interviews and attendance at them, feedback collection.
- Organization of the start of the project: signing of contracts, coordination of interaction between the client and the contractor. Regular control of project success and satisfaction of both parties (client and contractor).
- Invoicing and control of hours worked on projects. Dealing with debts, if they arise.
- Maintaining all processes of working with leads, partners, inquiries, etc., in the CRM system, and working with the internal web application.
