What we expect from you:
- You have experience in customer service
- Polite and attentive to customer needs and requests
- Must have experience with 1C
- You can quickly adapt and find solutions in non-standard situations situations.
- You maintain a high level of communication with clients and the team.
- You focus on achieving results and ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Experience in participating in tenders (preparation of price offers and documents) is desirable

- Prompt response to clients' requests and wishes, providing advice and proposals.
- Organization and coordination of the processes of providing clients' offices with the necessary goods and services.
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure quality service and compliance with service standards.
- Using the CRM system for customer registration and order fulfillment control.
- Managing financial operations through the 1C program: creating invoices, expense invoices, cost control, reporting.
- Checking and ensuring the fulfillment of quality standards so that every customer is satisfied with the services provided.
