Vacancy: Customer Service Manager (2 people) Company: Arvian Law Firm LLC (American immigration law company)
Main duties:
- Onboarding and support of clients at all stages of cooperation.
- Communication with clients: collection and systematization of documents, answers to basic questions.
- Monitoring of client compliance with deadlines (submission documents, payments).
- Maintenance of customer profiles in CRM and support of internal document flow.
- Coordination of interaction between clients and lawyers of the firm.
- Preparation of letters according to templates, organization of online meetings.
- Collection of feedback to ensure a high level of service.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education (preferably legal).
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate), Ukrainian and Russian languages.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and stress resistance.
- High organization, ability to work with deadlines in multitasking mode.
- Confident command of office programs and experience with CRM.
- Willingness to learn (the company conducts internal trainings).
