Requirements:

Experience working with key performance indicators (KPI):

• level of execution of procurement plans,
• timeliness of delivery,
• efficiency of suppliers,
• savings on purchases.
• Ability to negotiate with service providers, form mutually beneficial conditions, achieve the best conditions in terms of price, terms and quality.
• Knowledge procurement process from A to Z: search for suppliers, audit, conclusion of contracts, logistics, quality control.
• Ability to work with analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets, internal ERP/CRM systems).
• Ability to analyze the market of raw materials, trends prices, supply risks, form proposals for alternative sources.
• Ability to plan purchases in accordance with the production schedule and business plan.
• Understanding the impact of the purchasing strategy on the financial results of the company.
• High level responsibility, accuracy in working with documentation and deadlines.
• Team orientation - close interaction with production, logistics, financial department.
• Initiative, proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
• Resistance to stress, the ability to quickly respond to force majeure in supply.
• Confident command of Excel, Google Sheets, experience in ERP systems (1C, SAP, others).
• Knowledge of the peculiarities of the textile market, raw materials, standards quality.

Working schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: from 08:00 to 17:00Friday - shortened day: from 08:00 to 16:00
