Customer service manager in Imperativ, PPK

The production company Imperativ is looking for an employee for the position of manager of work with clients in the field of "Outdoor advertising".

How we see you:

Higher education, incomplete higher.

Computer proficiency, preferably Adobe Photoshop basics, Illustrator, Corel Draw

Fluent Ukrainian language at the communication level;

Responsibility, initiative, result-oriented, organization;

Emotional competence (non-conflict);

Stress resistance. Desire to learn and develop.

Welcome: Basic knowledge of the outdoor advertising market, types of materials for printing and production of advertising products (signs, light boxes, advertising structures).

Ability to use graphics programs.

Experience in an advertising agency or advertising production company

Working conditions:personal workplace, PC, corporate phone, friendly team, timely salary.

The office and production are located on the same territory, a wide technical park of equipment. Production is maximally equipped for comfortable work

Working schedule: Mon - Fri - from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We work as a team, so we will always help in solving any work issues

Job duties:

Working with a ready-made client base

Consulting clients by phone and in person;

Acceptance and timely launch of orders;

Support and control of execution;

Work in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator.
