Customer service manager in PrintLab

What will need to be done:

• Accepting orders and advising customers on printing services.
• Selecting optimal solutions according to customer requests (formats , materials, deadlines).
• Monitoring the execution of orders: from the development of the layout to the transfer of finished products.
• Working with the cash register, processing documents and invoices.
• Participation in maintaining order in the showroom and sample demonstrations.

• Sociable, friendly and customer-oriented.
• With basic knowledge of printing and design programs (Photoshop, CorelDRAW - will be an advantage).
• Able to quickly learn new things and work in a dynamic environment.
• Responsible and punctual, able to work with several tasks at the same time.
• Work experience is optional, but a desire to work with clients is a must!
