Customer Relations Manager (Chat)

Ready to work remotely and respond to messages faster than your friends in private chats?  We are looking for a chat processing manager who will provide our customers with prompt support and a positive attitude!

Your main tasks:

• Processing of incoming messages, customer consultation.
• Transfer of important information and resolution of requests in a short period of time.
• Maintenance of simple reporting on the number of processed chats.

What is needed for successful work:

• PC or laptop with a stable Internet connection.
• Willingness to undergo paid 4-day training from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (online, with the support of a curator).
• Responsibility, punctuality and literacy .
• The skill is fast typing and a desire to learn new things.
• Experience in working with clients will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
