Customer service manager in CRM.UA

• Experience in communication with customers as part of sales support
• Well-spoken language
• Experience with agreements (drafting, editing, approval, collection of signatures)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge of Excel - will be important a plus)
• Ability to create summary tables, VPR and other basic skills in Excel - mandatory
• Experience in working with primary documentation (acts, invoices)
• Skill perform calculations on commercial offers and mutual settlements

Functional duties:

• Preparation of information and documentation for participation in tenders
• Keeping records of customers in SRM
• Preparation of commercial offers
• Participation in pricing and costing
• Building and establishing relationships with customers;< /li>
• Processing of customer claims and wishes, analysis of requests and their delegation to the appropriate department, tracking of payments, approval of contracts;
• Negotiations with existing clients, clarifying the current need;
• Accepting orders and transferring them to the department of technical specialists
• Interacting with the financial department within the scope of duties
• Supporting agreements with corporate clients
• Preparation of meetings, minutes, recording of assignments and obligations, reminders and collection of performance results we offer:
