Customer service manager in More Than

We are an innovative Ukrainian company that conducts business openly and transparently. For a new Ukrainian project, we invite motivated and communicative specialists in working with clients to cooperate. We provide training and provide the necessary equipment for work.

Responsibilities:

• customer consultation at the point of sale (ATB store);
• processing of documents for obtaining a discount card ;
• management reporting in the internal system;

Working conditions:

• For work, we provide all the necessary equipment and conduct corporate training for beginners;
• We exclusively offerofficial employment, white salary consisting of a fixed rate and a transparent system of bonuses, as well as the possibility of career and professional growth;
• The position provides full time with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., lunch hour breaks

Requirements:

• Perfect command of the Ukrainian language, business communication skills;
• Understanding of banking products and services or willingness to learn new things;
• Confident command of a PC/mobile phone ;
• Availability of business reputation;
