Customer service manager in Soft Group

Company "  Soft Group Consulting, LLC" is a leading consulting financial partner for Ukrainian and foreign clients. We specialize in providing comprehensive financial services that include asset management, investment consulting and financial planning.

Due to staff expansion, we we are looking for a customer relations manager in the team.

Main duties:

- Consulting clients regarding the services provided by the company;
- Supporting clients at the initial stages of cooperation;
- Conclusion of agreements with potential customers of the company who independently registered on the site;
- Reporting.

Requirements:

-High level of sociability;
- Ability to solve customer questions;
- Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals.
