We are looking for active and motivated customer service managers for the company We-Right Factory - a rapidly developing and specialized company on content writing, translations into 18+ languages, link building and SEO optimization of sites. All content and services are created by an in-house team: 11 authors, project managers and editors deliver over 150,000 words each week.
Obligations:
Customer engagement and support- finding and attracting new customers, supporting regular customers, communicating via email or messengers.
Strategy Developmentcreating individual strategies for attracting customers (the goal is to work with large companies for long-term cooperation).
Order Processing– accepting tasks, understanding customer needs, transferring the project to the project manager for further execution by specialists.
Project coordination– monitoring the order fulfillment process, informing customers about the status and resolving possible issues.
Execution and payment control- reporting on the completion of tasks and timely receipt of payments.
Skills:
Knowledge of English (B1+) - for communication with international clients (usually text format).
Experience in SEO copywriting and link building (from 1 year) - basic understandingI am content writing, link building and website promotion.
< span style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Excellent literacy (Ukrainian, English) - for preparing clear and professional cover letters.
High sociability - the ability to find a common language with customers, clearly explain the benefits of our services.
Organization and responsibility - the ability to allocate time effectively, control the execution of tasks, keep documentation.
Terms of use:
Flexible schedule - the opportunity to work remotely and plan your time independently. The first two months - 3-4 hours a day, then the amount of time spent may decrease.
< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Terms of internship (first 2 months) - weekly payment, basic hourly rate of $3/hour for the trial period, plus 5% of each accepted order. In the future - full transition to percentage payment.
On-time wages (paid weekly on Fri-Sat).
