We are looking for a Customer Relations Managerto whom we will entrust the support of our customers at all stages of sales.
A typical working day of a Customer Relations Manager consists of the following processes:
- Processing incoming orders and incoming calls (no cold calls);
- Support clients assigned to the manager;
- Tracking the implementation of the sales plan and implementing actions to achieve it;
- Maintaining the customer database in CRM Bitrix and 1C;
- Activity tracking clients and providing them with timely offers;
- Tracking the offers of other companies in the market and providing suggestions to the manager to improve our services.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has work experience in the client sphere (preferably in sales);
- Friendly, customer-oriented, thinks positively;
- Able to conduct dialogue competently and persuasively;
- Has high typing speed and attention to detail;
- Knows all stages of sales and knows how to build long-term relationships.
- Able to independently plan time and set priorities.
- Results-oriented and able to take responsibility.
- Willing to learn and develop professionally.
- Confident PC user and has experience in CRM system Bitrix or similar.
< li>Has experience in HoReCa (preferred).
