We are currently expanding our team and looking for a new colleague for the position of Manager on working with clients

We see a colleague in the team who has:

• Willingness to learn, constant desire for development and self-improvement;
• Work skills with documents, primary documentation;
• Positive experience of interacting with clients, maintaining a client base;
• A confident user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google spreadsheets;
• Competent oral and written language;
• Personal qualities: attentiveness, customer orientation, responsibility.

Tasks where you can show your talent:

• Effective interaction with clients: processing of incoming requests (calls, applications from the website), compliance with the payment receipt schedule;
• Preparation of documentation: contracts, specifications, acceptance-handover acts, primary accounting documentation;
• Formation and control of execution of the application for maintenance and repair;
• Maintenance of the client base in the CRM system;
• Preparation of reports to the manager.
