Vacancy "Manager of customer service (online store)" opened in our company in the city of Kyiv. We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for the development and increase of sales of construction materials through our online store.

Tasks:

• Receive and process orders through online shop
• Consulting clients on the range of products and helping them choose the best option
• Maintaining documentation

 Requirements:

• Experience in sales is a must!
• High communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively work with a large amount of information and be organized
• Knowledge of building materials and their properties (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Confident user of PC and MS Office applications
• Ability to learn quickly
