Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) at Mondelez International is a complete farm-to-shelf supply chain. Your goal will be to supply customers with the right products in the right quantity and quality. Do it with care!

In this role you will:

  • provide the highest level of service of the Ukrainian distributor , meeting his expectations in the fulfillment of orders;
  • take care of the billing process of the distributor and key customers in cooperation with a third party;
  • participate in the processes of digitalization of the logistics department and work with clients.
     

Main duties:

  • having complete information about the specifics of working with a Ukrainian distributor ;
  • effective interaction with the client, company departments and third-party representatives regarding the maximum fulfillment of orders;
  • processing of client orders in the ERP system and electronic documents on the provider's portal EDO;
  • collection and processing of primary documents about products received by customers for further billing in SAP;
  • interaction with a third party in billing processes;
  • participate in digitalization processes of the logistics department and work with clients;
  • active involvement in team discussions on simplifying work methods and increasing the value of X-functional interaction;
  • search for optimal solutions to current work issues;
