Customer Service Analyst in Promotion

Our client, an international company of the agro-industrial complex, is looking for aCustomer Service Analyst for its team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of calculation and analytical materials and forms
• Calculation and implementation in discount accounting systems
• Control of execution by clients of contractual obligations
• Working with agricultural receipts: calculation of debt, control of payment terms, control of fulfillment of obligations for removal from registers
• Adjustments to expenditure invoices in accounting systems  
• Collection, structuring and summarization of information into data arrays
• Participation in the development and implementation of the department's operational control system

Requirements:

• completed higher education: economics, finance , mehmat
• work experience of 2 years in the field of analytics, audit, finance with a focus on commercial analytics  
• relevant experience in agricultural companies will be an advantage  
• advanced user of Excel
• high level of proficiency in 1C (SBO / SAP is welcome)•
• level of English - not lower than Intermediate
• fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language
