- Solving conflict situations and proposal of rational decisions.
Requirements:
To provide quality services, the candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of French or German at a higher level than average, both in writing and oral
- Great communication skills and skills to interact with different types of customers
- Customer service experience will be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team and perform tasks in time
- Working with your computer - a confident user
- The ability to learn quickly
