What we expect from you:

• high level of knowledge of the Japanese language B2-C1;
• knowledge of the English language at the level of B1- B2;
• experience working with clients, the ability to listen and take into account the wishes of clients;
• the ability to effectively work with client feedback.

Basic responsibilities:

• making outgoing calls to customers from Japan to provide support during registration, advising on company services, as well as informing about special offers and promotions;
< li>analysis and transmission of feedback from customers, including complaints, remarks and wishes, for further improvement of service quality;
• updating data in the CRM system and forming regular reports on completed tasks and results of work with clients.
