We are announcing a Customer Relations Manager/CRM Manager vacancy.

What will be included in your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of CRM strategy, loyalty programs and direct communications with the client base.
- Control of CRM system, coordination of work on process improvement and setting up the CRM system.
- Organization and curation of loyalty programs: development, management and control of marketing promotional activities.
- Working with database statistics, their analysis and segmentation; development of a strategy of interaction with the target audience, taking into account its analysis.
- Management, support and administration of the customer database (B2B, B2C).
- Training of internal users, development of instructions for working with the system.
- Compilation and control of budgets, management document flow.
- Formation of operational reports and presentations.
Skills and Skills:
- Experience in CRM/Marketing Automation/Loyalty/Direct Marketing from 3 years.
- Experience with CDP platforms.
- Owning of tools to attract and retain the client, as well as improve the client experience.
- Practical knowledge of segmentation and cohort data analysis.
- Indicators of sales/customer behavior, formation of reporting systems.
- Advanced skills in working with large data sets, analytical tools (experienced Excel user, experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Skills for working with external contractors (agencies, freelance, etc.).
- Ukrainian - fluent, English - Intermediate+ (preferred)
- Effective planning, basics of project management, effective communication.
- Attention to details, accuracy in work, creativity.
