We invite those who:

  • directs delivery commercial processes in line with customer requirements through identifying customer needs and expectations, project management and implementing innovative approaches required for the delivery sales channel,    
  • initiates and leads stores local steering processes in scope of delivery customers profitability performance through setting up routine steering flow, guidelines, directing Delivery managers,        
  • initiates and leads performance improvement actions based on performance detractors and opportunities in collaboration with Sales team by defining actions, priorities, conditions based on the performance of customers and their specificity in the delivery sales channel,
  • to be one touch point in head office for the stores delivery departments on delivery commercial processes and Customers performance steering, action planning and implementation,        
  • in collaboration with the Assortment team evaluates and improve the efficiency of delivery assortment and its customer relevance by assessing the potential of the customer's basket in the delivery channel, directing the influence of the assortment structure on the operational and commercial components of the performance of the delivery customers        
  • develop delivery pricing strategy in collaboration with the Pricing team and support its implementation by managing the project part from the delivery side, impacting the efficiency of operational processes by determining the price structure (MOQ),
  • initiating optimization of pricing architecture parameters based on profitability results and the total set of factors influencing it,        
  • provide market, internal & external researches on best practices of Customer profitability development for further implementation of innovation to reach organization goals in terms of delivery sales channel profitability.
