Basic Tasks:

• Phone negotiations with customers who have debt;
• Informing debtors about the amount its repayment;
• negotiations on debt restructuring or establishing loyal repayment conditions;
• Control of the implementation of payment agreements;
• fixing information in internal databases.

• Experience in the field of contact centers or in debt collection will be an advantage (ready to consider candidates without work experience - we will provide quality training - the main desire to study and work);
• possession of the basic skills in working with PC;
• fluent in Ukrainian;
• Communicative, stress resistance, ability to persuade and resolve conflict situations; on the result.
