We are looking for an energetic and organized Customer Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and improving customer interaction processes.

Main responsibilities:
• processing incoming applications
• reception and processing of incoming calls, messages and electronic requests.
•database maintenance .
• developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction; collaborating with other departments to improve services.
Requirements for the candidate:
High level of communication skills and courtesy.
Ability to work with a PC (basic office programs).
Organization and responsibility at work.
Knowledge of CRM systems and other tools for managing relationships with customers.
Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems.
Result orientation and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
Work schedule: 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. you will be able to work comfortably: 2 hours for lunch and your own needs.
