Corner Renovation
We are looking for an experiencedCustomer Experience Operations Manager, who will take over the operational part of projects for the manufacture of individual kitchens - from production to delivery, installation and final closing of the project. This role will suit someone who values responsibility, clear communication and knows how to transform complex processes into an understandable and manageable system.
You will be responsible for the customer experience after the sale, accompanying each project and acting as the main point of coordination between customers and the manufacturer, designers, logistics partners and installation teams — to ensure smooth implementation, transparent communication and effective resolution of issues.

Your area of responsibility
Being the main point contact for customers during production, delivery, installation and closing of the project
Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout project, providing a positive and clear customer experience at every stage track project status and ensure timely production
Run projects into production after design approval, maintaining timings, samples and technical coordination
Resolve technical issues between design and production teams
Manage budgets, invoices and payment schedules, check the correctness of invoices and resolve discrepancies
Build and maintain working relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, installers and logistics partners, acting as the primary operational point of contact
Coordinate delivery, unloading and installation
Maintain project timings, coordination and resolution of issues between all involved parties
Manage the punch list, substitutions and documentation of the final closure of the project
Who are we looking for
4+ years of experience in an operational role with full project responsibility (logistics companies, furniture manufacturing, design or architecture studios)
Strong customer communication and customer success skills, including managing expectations, complex conversations and problem solving
Proven ability to manage timings, coordination and multiple stakeholders in parallel
Sufficient command of the English language (oral and written)
High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously with proper prioritization
Resistance, perseverance and calm decision-making in a dynamic environment
