Customer Experience Agent - Dressly in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Dressly is a Fashion-tech startup at the stage of active scale that helps people find their style, feel confident and boldly express themselves.

Now we we are building our own in-house support and are looking for someone who likes a fast pace and listens to the user for the position of Customer Experience Agent. We believe that a great experience starts with taking care of everyone within the team.

What is important to us?

— English level B1+;
— Willingness to work night shifts (~6-8 a month). We have a 30-minute break and Slack Huddle for team interaction to stay on top;
— Experience working with customers: phone, mail, chats and/or in person;
— Initiative and organization: we encourage talking about problems and proposing ways to solve them. We are able to take responsibility for achievements/failures and control our working hours on a shift;
— Willingness to learn and develop in the IT field: most team leaders have risen from junior positions.

Experience with a helpdesk platform (Zendesk or Freshdesk) will be an advantage.

What challenges await:
— To be the voice and face of Dressly for users, responding to customer inquiries via email and chats, in the future via phone calls.
— Working in a flexible schedule (including night shifts) and meeting KPIs;
— Dive deeper into the product than anyone else: quickly master all support flows, find weaknesses and help make the service even more convenient and efficient;
