Customer attraction manager (salary projects, Pecherska city center) in Raiffeisen Bank

Your future duties:

• Active search and study of the market in order to identify potential corporate clients

• Establishing contact with parties who may be interested in the bank's products and services 

• Conducting presentations of the bank's products and services - salary projects, settlement and cash service, acquiring, card products, etc. 

• Concluding agreements and establishing partnerships with new clients

• < p style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">Support of current portfolios of salary projects of corporate business

• Collaboration with the corporate business team for effective project coordination

Your experience and skills:

• Experience with sales, attracting customers in B2B - segment from 1 year

• Banking experience will be an advantage, but if for now there is only a desire to become a banker - respond, we are open to talented people, ready to teach and share experience

• Understanding the market of corporate clients in the region

• Presentation and negotiation experience

• Fluency in the state business language

• Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate 

• Goal orientation
