We are looking for a Customer Engagement Expert to join our team - someone who knows how to find an approach to people and is always one step ahead in solving customer needs. This is an opportunity for you to become the face of our company and create an incredible experience for our customers.

What you will do:

- Build relationships with our new and long-standing clients and ensure their continued success with us.

- Present and sell our services by making clients fall in love with the opportunities we offer.

- Advise, guide, resolve — in a word, to be a true expert and friend for each client.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients so that they always feel part of the big Bizforse family.

We will be glad to see you if you:

- Master of communication and you cannot be confused.

- Have modern lead generation tools and are not afraid to use them.

- You like order and you are not afraid of working with CRM systems.

- You have an analytical mind and attention to details.

- You adapt easily to multitasking and always at the peak of self-organization.

- Possess a foreign language at a conversational level or higher. ( English , German , Czech , Polish , Italian , Spanish , Arabic )

- Willing to learn and develop with us — even if you don't have experience yet, we'll show you everything!
