The general purpose of this post:

Basic responsibilities:

1. Monthly calculation of required payments to customers:

• conducting a client -to -client analysis,
• payments based = "FONT-STYLE: Normal; Font-Weight: 400"> 2. Monitoring on a weekly residue in Netle warehouses. Informing clients about the absence of product residues:
  • Collection, checking of warehouse residues,
  • Sale of information about the absence of grocery residuals in the regions. ul>

    3. Distribution of quotas into client products:

    • Calculation of products for each Criminal Code in accordance with shipments. Font-Weight: 400 "> 4. Issuing reports within the responsibility for requests. /output of products in/out of network,
    • Rotation of products, change of logistics data,
    • Preparation of data for the Listex portal.

    6. Preparation of relevant customer accounts and payment control:

    • Appendices to contracts and other supporting documents (sales reports),
    • Preparing documents for clients (acts Performed works, etc.),
    • Checking documents from customers (accounts, acts of work performed, etc.),
    • Creating items in the SAP system,
    • Preparation of PR, PP GR in SAP,
    • Creating a Request for Budget Reserve in Sap.

    >> 7. Registration of specifications for customers in accordance with their requirements, preparation of other logistics information:

    • Pricing for each Criminal Code according to the current range,
    • filling special Forms of specifications and their transmission for the Criminal Code: in electronic and paper form,
    • Checking prices in customer orders for their compliance in SAP prices.

    8. Work on improving the level of service to clients:

    • Interactions with the distributor development teamConcerning the timely availability of products in the warehouses of the respeiters for further shipments to customers,
    • Analysis of the level of delivery of deliveries to customers and coordination >

    9. Entering SAP information regarding traditional plans for the year, creating a reserve of budgetary elements under the trading conditions of the Criminal Code. (Preferably).

  • MS Office advanced user.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information.
  • Higher Education.
  • 3-4 years in the field of sales analysis.
  • Great communication skills.
