Incoming calls from clients with different requests:

• Hours of Branches ;
• check Availability and reservation vehicles (for example, small trucks for furniture); 400 "> Consultation on availability of goods and general products for products ;
• Transfer of appeals to responsible sellers, if the answer is not given immediately; internal messages (hauspost) in the absence of responsible persons;

We expect from you:

• Free command of German (C1) -oral and written communication
• Good Communication Skills and Customer Orientation
• A confident PC user (experience with CRM will be an advantage)
• Care, responsibility and stress resistance
