Customer coordination specialist in Soldi Group

Soldi Group is a leading financial services company providing a wide range of services to clients around the world. Our company is looking for a customer coordination specialist for our customer service department in the city of Kharkiv.

What you will do:

• Provide professional service to the company's customers by phone, e-mail and online chats (incoming applications only)
< li>Coordinate interactions with other company departments to resolve customer issues
• Keep documentation and reporting on customer interactions
• Help resolve technical issues and customer questions

• Experience in customer service would be a plus but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and abilities work in a team
• High level of command of Ukrainian and Russian languages, English - desirable
• Ability to work effectively in conditions of a large volume of information
