Requirements:

- From 1 year of experience in supporting digital services (online product, online store, web services, development, etc.);
- Analytical skills and logical thinking;
- Competent oral and written communication;
- Experience with CRM;
- Skills to quickly learn new tools and services;
- The ability to quickly find the necessary information on the Internet;
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude to any process;

Responsibilities:
