• Experience of working directly with the client in any field (betting experience will be an advantage);
• Speaks Ukrainian at a high level, knowledge of English will be a plus;
• Senior from 21 years of age (this is stipulated by the gambling business legislation);
• Smart, active and always ready to help the client;
• Sociable and open;
• Organized and with good time management skills.

Your daily tasks will be:

• Provide customers with technical and informational support in solving various issues;
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, e-mail or online chat;
• Help website visitors to get verified on the platform;
• Interaction with other departments of the company.
