We are Vbet Ukraine – a bookmaker and organizer of gambling games, an official representative of the VBET brand, which has been operating on the market since 2020 of Ukraine. VBET Ukraine was the first in the country to receive all three online gambling licenses from the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine.
We are looking for a Quality Control Manager who will become part of our friendly team professionals who love their work and create an atmosphere for professional development and gaining valuable experience in an international company.

Our main expectations:
  • Experience in a similar position or in the field of customer support.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy in work and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office at a high level.
  • Strictness to service quality standards.
  • Resistance to monotonous work and the ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Orientation on innovation and continuous process improvement.

Areas of responsibility:
  • Analysis of the communication of employees of the Customer care department with customers, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Identifying and fixing errors in the process of interaction with clients.
  • Control over the correction of detected errors and providing feedback.
  • Maintenance of detailed reporting for each agent of the Customer care department.
  • Providing recommendations for improving communication and improving the quality of service.
  • Checking the correctness of the transmission of requests through various communication channels.
