Customer care operator with English in NOL

Our call center center is currently giving services to the company in the United Kingdom.

We invites English speakers to join the team. You will be the first to be approached by customers, as you take care of incoming calls only, and provide service of the highest standard for each client. You have the chance to join this professional and experienced team — and build a career in a global company.

Your tasks will be:

• Communication with the clients of the company to clarify their needs and the services that match them- by phone.
• Follow up on service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Record all actions in our advanced CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English-upper-intermediate level. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Availability to work 5-6 days a week.
• Availability to work on Sundays and Saturdays.
• Have fast Internet and PC with Windows operatio system.
