Customer Care Billing Specialist (fluent English) in Nextiva

We are looking for amazing people, like you, to join our team.Currently, we are hiring Customer CareBilling Specialist, who will be working with internal and external customers to perform various billing and other AR-related functions to support the Nextiva’s billing operations processes.Main Responsibilities:Review invoices and create credit memos to customer accountsAssist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issuesIssue credits for service/product removals and cancellationResearch and respond to customer credit card disputesMaintain detailed logs of customer interactionsAnswer inbound phone calls and instant messagesSupport Nextiva’s ticketing systemProvide back-up customer support for other positions as neededCreate, review and apply incoming paymentsProcess credit applications and set customers up on invoicingWork with internal customers in other departments as neededResearch discrepancies and help to settle disputesOrder service disconnection (disable) of accounts as necessaryUpdate customer account information to include change of address, payment information or contact informationSend customer copies of invoices upon requestParticipate in Billing System configuration as neededPerform other billing tasks as assignedPosition Requirements:Advanced English (both written and oral)Exceptional Excel Skills and general computer literacyBasic accounting and bookkeeping backgroundExcellent multi-tasking and communication skillsBachelor's degreeAbility to work both independently and in a team setting with minimal supervisionFlexibility and willingness to align with the working hours of a team based in the United States, specifically in the state of Arizona, as neededWill be a great plus:Prior experience in Billing or in a customer-facing role;We Offer:Great opportunity to work and build a career in international environmentCompetitive salary;Health insurance upon probation;Career growth and development opportunities;Continuous internal training programs;Friendly atmosphere and professional team.Send your CV and cover letter now and join our amazing team!
