• Assistance to clients and providing answers to electronic customers (Emails, chats)
• Providing customers with information about: electricity tariffs, order and forms payment for electricity consumed, the procedure for concluding contracts with clients; Conditions for commercial proposals for other clients' issues, payments and debt, change of claimed limits, assistance in the use of digital tools
• Registration Customer Question
• Output Activity on Customer Information

You are our candidate if you have:

• fluent in Ukrainian
• Literal written language < /
• confident PC user
• Fast printing
• Ability to formulate thoughts in writing
• Tone of Voice (will be an advantage)
