Functional responsibilities:
- Coordination and development of the team of analysts and their competencies
- Development and implementation of customer analytics strategy for retail business
- Definition of key performance metrics of retail business
- Development and implementation of customer segmentation models
- Analysis of customer behavior and use of banking products
- Assessment of customer lifetime value (Customer Lifetime Value)
- Identification of churn triggers and development of programs retention
- Analysis of customer experience and satisfaction (NPS/CSAT)
- Creation and validation of targeting for communications
Requirements for candidates:< /strong>
- Experience in retail banking or fintech — from 2 years
- Practical experience in customer segmentation, development of personas and customer mapping ways
- Knowledge of statistical methods of analysis
- Experience with SQL
- Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis
- Experience with BI systems ( Tableau/Power BI)
Would be an advantage:
- English - B2+
- Experience with banking CRM systems
- Knowledge of methodology Agile
- Certifications in the field of data analytics
- Experience with loyalty management systems
- Knowledge of the specifics of digital sales channels
- Ability to work with Miro< /li>
