Curriculum administration specialist (with knowledge of Portuguese) in Global HR Solutions

An international company that is a leader in the production of food products invites a support specialistwith knowledge of PortugueseandEnglish to the Training and Learning team.

Requirements:

• Experience with MS Office, in particular MS Excel;
• Higher education;
• Communication, self-organization and the ability to work in a team;
• Confident commandPortuguese language, at least B2 level,English (B1 level is sufficient) will also be in the job;
• Residence in Ukraine is mandatory!

Responsibilities:

• Administration of training and training programs for colleagues;
• Communication with stakeholders in the Portuguese-speaking market;
• Coordination and troubleshooting;
• Working in Teams, Power Point, SAP;

Working conditions:

• work format — remote (from the territory of Ukraine), with short-term visits to the office in Lviv (1 time per quarter up to 5 working days). The company covers travel and accommodation expenses.
• work schedule from 12:00 to 21:00 or from 11:00 to 20:00;
