The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes. We are now looking for a Culture Manager. Required skills and experience: 5+ years of experience in the positions of Corporate Culture Manager, Employee Engagement Manager or similar; Successful experience in implementing development strategies corporate culture; Expertise in developing and implementing initiatives, policies and programs that align people around the company's mission and values; Ability to use data analysis tools and interpret feedback surveys; Excellent organizational and project management skills; Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to solving tasks, the ability to work in the conditions of a startup environment; Systemic thinking and the ability to see the "big picture"; Creativity and a strategic approach to solving tasks. Future duties: Analysis of the company's internal needs in the context of culture and team values; Formation of the mission, vision and key values and their integration into work processes; Setting up transparent communication channels for effective information exchange between employees and management; Improvement of the onboarding program for familiarization newbies with the company's culture, values and work processes;Conducting regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and engagement (eNPS, etc.) with further analysis of the results and implementation of appropriate measures; Organization of programs and events that strengthen the connection of employees with the company. Promotion of corporate culture through external channels.
