Your key tasks in the position:

• planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting of social projects;
• formation of budgets and control over them use;
• cooperation with partners and donors, fundraising;
• involvement of business, non-governmental organizations and territorial communities in the implementation of social projects;
• control and monitoring of the execution of contracts/ contracts with partners organizations/contractors;
• business trips within the framework of implementing social projects.

To be successful in the position, you will need:

• higher education;
• experience in similar positions in companies, charitable foundations, public organizations;
• clear understanding of corporate social responsibility strategy and initiatives;
• knowledge of planning methods, implementation, evaluation and reporting of social projects;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language, English will be an advantage;
• organizational, communication and presentation skills;
• ability to work autonomously , as well as in a team, and also efficiently manage several projects simultaneously;
• confident user of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
