We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage customer relationships and ensure their success in cooperation with our company.< /p>
What you will do:
- Interacting with customers to determine their needs and requirements, regarding the purchased products;
- Launching products and training employees;
- Development and implementation of individual strategies for each client - Monitoring and support of the decision implementation process
- Analysis of results and recommendations for further development of cooperation
Required experience:< /p>
- Experience in a similar position in an IT company or consulting firm
- High level of communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with by clients
- Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level
- Ability to work in conditions of high pace and volume of tasks
