CRO Manager (Gambling) in Novoplex

Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services in various areas of performance marketing. What you will do:• Analysis of influencing factors on v2reg and v2dep conversion;• Splicing of v2reg and v2dep conversions to the best market bench;• Control and management of v2reg and v2dep conversion;• Monitoring user flow in the hotjar; • Interaction with the product, analytics, development team. What you will need for this: • Experience in the position of CRO/Product Marketing from 1 year; • Experience in the long-term implementation of a strategy to improve conversions on the site; • Experience in managing target conversion metrics v2reg and v2dep within the product;• Experience with funnels and creatives;• Experience with AB tests, hypothesis generation;• Experience with large amounts of data;• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Hotjar;• Proficiency in English from level B1;• Skills self-management, ambition and involvement;• Strategic thinking and systematic.
