Friends, currently we we are looking for a Analyst team leader in the X-Sell / CRM division

Your future responsibilities:

• Management of employees of the analytical direction of the cross-sales development team
• Processing of data sets
• Construction of department reporting (Cluster analysis, Portfolio dynamics, Dashboard of customer growth in the Bank , identification of customer behavior trends)
• Analysis, search for insights into changes in customer behavior by portfolios
• Business support with the help of analysis for decision-making
• Training/adaptation of Analytical employees

Requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge of SQL (High level)
• Knowledge of Power BI / Python (Above average level)
• High level of knowledge of Excel (working with macros, etc. )
• High level of work with analytical data
• Ability to create dynamic DashBoards, analyze and interpret their results
