CRM system manager in STERIS GROUP

We are looking for a CRM System Manager who will help us effectively manage customer relationships and optimize internal processes. If you have experience working with CRM and love working with data, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

- Administering the CRM system and supporting its operation

- Customizing and optimizing CRM for business needs

- Maintaining and updating the customer database

- Analysis data, creation of reports and recommendations

- Automation of work processes

- Training of personnel in the effective use of CRM

Requirements:< /u>

- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bitrix24 or similar)

- Ability to work with large volumes of data

- Analytical thinking and attention to details

- Knowledge of the basics of business process automation

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
