Our partner company is a fast-growing international performance marketing project operating across global markets. We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist who will help develop user communications, launch effective CRM campaigns, and continuously improve their performance through data-driven insights.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing user communications across email, SMS, and push notification channels, as well as analyzing campaign performance and identifying new opportunities to improve results.

We are looking for a proactive specialist with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with CRM campaigns who can collaborate effectively with Bonus, Promo, and Affiliate teams to enhance the user experience and drive key product metrics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Database segmentation and targeted campaign setup (email, SMS, push).

  • Creation, launch, and optimization of promotional and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Trigger automation setup: onboarding, reactivation, and retention flows.

  • A/B testing of creatives, subject lines, offers, and communication formats.

  • Monitoring and analyzing key metrics: Delivery Rate, Open Rate, CTOR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Bounce Rate.

  • Preparation of weekly performance updates outlining progress, challenges, and next steps.

  • Assisting in the creation and regular updates of the monthly promo calendar.

  • Updating CRM activities during new locale launches.

  • Domain reputation monitoring support, including regular checks and issue reporting to CRM Lead.

  • Regular placement testing to ensure correct display across devices, email clients, and browsers.

  • Close collaboration with Bonus and Promo specialists to ensure accurate offer communication.

  • Close cooperation with the Affiliate team to maximize conversion from acquired traffic.

Expected Results (First 3–6 Months)

  • Fully operational and optimized trigger-based communication system.

  • Improved Open Rate, CTOR, and Conversion Rate compared to baseline benchmarks.

  • Reduced Bounce Rate and Unsubscribe Rate.

  • Increased user reactivation and retention performance.

  • Clear and structured reporting system for CRM performance.


Requirements
Mandatory:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Customer.io or similar tools).

  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and their impact on LTV.

  • Experience with trigger-based automation.

  • Experience working with customer segmentation.

  • Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or high-volume traffic products.

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs/locales.

  • Understanding of affiliate traffic dynamics.

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
